1. Who should make the ultimate decision on who should separate conjoined twins?
Based on the article I feel that the parents should have the ultimate decision on whether they would want their children seperated or not because ultimately the parents would be the one's who would have to take care of the children regardless of the situation and if they feel like keeping them together is what's best then the doctors being human being themselves should accept it and understand but also make the parents aware of long time issues that the children may have to face .
2. Should healthcare benefits be extended for parents with special children?
This economy wouldn't be so on edge about healthcare benefits if they always remain flexible. I personally think that healthcare benefits should always be extended because of the fact that these children have more needs & demands as far as surviving on this earth being the main demand. Those children will majority of time always need help and the last thing that they should get turned down about is healthcare.

If the parents were the ones to create this life they should ultimately be the ones to decide whether or not they would want to bring the child into the worlld knowing the child's circumstances and if the parents were to get extended benefits then if they felt they were equipped to handle a potentially disabled child then that should be a choice completely up to the parents.
4.Should doctor’s be held liable for the death of a patient?
In some cases people have thought to blame the doctor for the death of a patient if the doctor was to wrongfully diagnose a patient for one disease/problem and the patient would really have something else or nothing at all or if surgery was to go completely wrong. In cases like that the doctor would be responsible for the death but if a human was to die of natural causes or because they "lost the fight" then the doctor shouldn't be blamed at all because we are all human and at some time we are all going to have to die.

In my opinion I feel that doctors need to be paid based on experience because of the simple fact that people put more trust in doctors who have done certain things (surgeries, treatments, etc. ) plenty of times and who may have worked in that certain profession for more than 5 or 10 years than someone who may have been working for 1 to 5 years.
7. Should doctor’s be allowed to have malpractice insurance?
Every doctor physican should be entitled to medical malpratice insurance it is the basic key to being able to start work whether it would be in a doctors office or hospital.
